1) Go to Planet RHW, Specifically Mysidia
2) Talk to the Elder. He will have Palom and Porom join you party. Remember, You'll need to Slots open in your party so you can't have any more the 3 Members when you come
3) From Mysidia, Make your way to the Base of Mt. Ordeals
4) Fallow the Mysidian Twins to the Summit. all the way to the Shine on top
5) The Rest is unknown
