Tracy: I just got word from him. Stardart was able to stop these theives but Arceus had came and took them before he could get them

Tracy: yes.
Rowan: Very Interesting. Any word on when Oak will return?
Tracy: He's on his way as we speak

Tracy: Will do.

Type: Normal (Note: Arceus' Multitype allows Arceus to Change it's type depending on it's held Plate. Arceus will change Color if this is in effect)

it is said in Pokemon Legend that this Pokemon Shaped the universe with it's 1 Thousand Hands. However It's Been confirmed by "The 3" that Arceus only Created the Pokemon world as well as the Pokemon Race. Beware of Judgement, It's Signature move that Changes it's type depending on the Held Plate. It's have been named by the few people who see it as "Rage of the 1 thousand Hands"

#486 Regigigas

Type: Normal
A Rare Pokemon that is said only to awaken in the Presence of the 3 Regis (Regirock, Regice and Registeel). Despite the Fact that the other Regis have different Elements, Regigigias is a Normal and has none of the Elemental Power (However it can learn some from TMs). It has Exteamly good Power behind it however it's major Drawback is it's "Slow Start" Ability which Halves its Attack and Speed.
