The World That Never Was

Something strange was happening on this rather unusual world. The city streets were being patrolled, not with Heartless or Nobodies however, but with people. If the presence of these people was not strange enough, their outfits were. They all wore blue and yellow rubber jumpsuits. Complete with baseball caps and red sunglasses or night vision goggles. Rumor has it that a Henchman's clothing gets better as he or she goes up in rank. These 'exquisite' outfits were designed by none other than their leader, Khallos.

Somewhere in the heart of Castle Oblivion slept an exhausted Khallos. Harry Tipper had only just foiled his plans for global, or rather Universal, domination recently. So he was a new resident to this world. But he couldn't have picked a better spot for a base of operations. Visitors rarely came, it felt like a real city, it was easy to reinforce, and most of all, none of his competition for total dominance, being SD and Kefka, were interested in the area.

As soon as one arrives at the city gate, Khallos' guards will question you. If you aren't here on business prepare to fight.

*A tall man in a green cloak walks up to the gate*

???: I must speak to your master.

The men at the gate looked scared. A man in a red jumpsuit walked out of the guardhouse. He spoke to the man with a Russian accent.

"What business do you have with Khallos?" he asked pointing a Soviet Rifle in his face.

*The rifle bent upward away from ???'s face as if by magic*

???: Business, that will help make him a god.

*the gates fly open*

???: Why thank you. I would love to come in.

The guards scrambled away. The commander in red radioed a body guard in the castle. "Get Khallos, he may want to see this," the man said.

One of the younger guys began firing at the visitor.

*??? waves his hand and the bullets halt in mid-air, then drop to the ground. He grins, then points his palm at the young man. His mind is wiped clean*

???: Very naughty young man, your parents did a horrible job. Perhaps they should start over. I suggest bathroom training first.

*??? walks through the mass of soldiers toward the castle*

???: Your going to need it.

The young soldier pissed in his pants and began crying. Some of his comrades began to comfort him.

None of the soldiers dared to touch Doom after what they saw.

As Doom reached Castle Oblivion, Khallos walked out with two attractive bodyguards following him. He looked very annoyed. "Who the hell are you?" Khallos asked, "You have some nerve coming here and waking me from my nap." A white robotic cat on wheels rolled up next to the evil man. He picked it up and began to stroke it.

???: My name is Victor Von Doom. I have come to you with a proposal. An alliance. A Union. A partnership. Take your pick. But the truth of it is, you can not defeat your enemies alone. You need a powerful ally. I am that ally. Besides I like this castle.

*Thousands of doom bots walk up from the hill, they march into the castle grounds, while also filling out the ??? zone*

Doom: The choice is yours. Accept, or move aside.

"You have an interesting proposition," Khallos said, "Come, step into my humble abode. This talk of being a god intrigues me." Khallos motioned toward the large castle, it was indeed the exact opposite of humble.

Doom: A wise decision.

*Doom follows Khallos*

*two of the Doom bots follow him*

"So tell me more of your plans for this alliance," Khallos stated, "I was promised something similar through another alliance then abandoned."

Doom: You have no need to worry. You are of use to me, and if you don't diminish this usefulness, I will not abandon you.

*Doom strolled past Khallos*

Doom: If we combine forces, we will crush SD once and for all. I noticed one inconvenience, your men..... They seem fragile, both in mind and body.

*Doom looked out the window towards the men with a look of disapproval*

"Ha, you only know of the men in Sector One," Khallos chuckled, "I assure you that my other men are more than capable." He continued stroking on the robotic cat even more lovingly.

"But Sector One makes of the main part of my army. What did you have in mind to make up for it?"

OOC: I'm thinking the Cobra Unit.

OOC: For what?

Doom: Hmm...... As a matter of fact.

*Doom throws Khallos a vile filled with liquid*

OOC: He better catch it! lol. And assuming he does.....

Doom: What you hold in your hand is a substance called the "super Soldier serum", its a drug that has been used on heroes such as "Captain America". Only it is of my own mixture. Slip that into your soldiers lunch and in the morning we will have an army of "hulks", just slightly less dimwitted. They will follow any order given to them by you or myself and are practically invulnerable to bullets........

OOC: For their fragileness. Or did you mean what are the Cobras for?

Khallos dropped Strudel, the cat, and fumbled with the vial before finally getting a grip on it. He held it in the air.

"Interesting," Khallos said as he examined it, "I'll have this tested and mass produced later." He pocketed the serum.

He approched Doom with his hand held out. "Very well," he chuckled, "Anything else before we make this alliance final?"

OOC: Btw, what are you planning to do with Ovan?

OOC: Ya, what are you doing with the Cobras?

*Doom takes Khallos hand*

Doom: Ah yes. If you have a secured room, I would like to introduce you do a friend of mine.

*Doom withdrew his hand and pulled out the Molecule Displacer*

OOC: I dunno. Their just kickass supa-soldiers that I want to use. Their power would probably make up for some of the weaknesses in Khallos' army.

"Come with me," Khallos said as he lead Doom to a sealed off room.

OOC: Sounds cool. Go head. Also, where have you been!?

*Doom followed, once inside the room he placed the Molecule Displacer upon the floor, then locked the door*

Doom: You ready?

OOC: Does Khallos know Ovan?

OOC: School stuff.

"This should be interesting," Khallos pondered.

OOC: Nope, they've never met. Khallos knows nothing of his existance.

OOC: School? Its a girl ain't it? lol.

*Doom activates the Molecule Displacer remotely from his gauntlets*

OOC: Haha, I wish man.

Err.....Ovan appeared?

His AIDA arm immediately stretched out and grabbed Doom by the throat.

"What is this?" Khallos asked as he stood in shock.

OOC: lol. You down on your luck in that department? I feel for you man.....

Doom: Ah, lovely ain't he? Would you mind letting go of me? I have an offer for you my friend.

OOC: lol. Its not so much luck as it is nerves. I probably could have a girlfriend now. But I never ask unless I know I'll get a yes. I was even nervous when I asked out my last girlfriend, when I KNEW she would say yes.

Ovan threw Doom aside.

"Is it an offer you have or an demand?" he asked, "Because I assure you if it is the latter you will be quite disappointed."

Doom: Of course it is an offer my friend. I assure you, all of my deals are just. But first, may I introduce you to Khallos.

"How do you do?" Khallos said to Ovan with an outstretched hand. Ovan didn't take it, he simply nodded to him.

"I have no interest in these formalities. I'd prefer that we got straight down to business," Ovan said.

Doom: Hm, was it not you who favored Chinese proverbs? "patience is a virtue" my friend. But as for our deal: Would you like to be a god? If so, join me. As you have witnessed first hand, I have the resources. You would make a fine edition to my army. Correction, it would be our army.

"Hm," Ovan began to relax, "Very well. It seems to be the wisest decision at the moment. But don't expect that I'll take any orders from either of you; this is a partnership as you say."

Doom: Of course not. Just be sure not to double cross me. I have a tad bit of a wrath issue.

*Doom turns to Khallos*

(Bump)

Doom: I have a master plan. It will requires both of your participation. It will require all your strength. Do you accept?

Strudel rolled into the room through a kitty door. "Tell me more of this plan before I accept anything," Khallos said. He picked the cat up and began stroking him in that Dr. Evil sort of way once again.

Ovan said nothing, he simply stared at Doom waiting for him to elaborate.

Doom: Ah, well. I have of recent come across a book. A book which contains many spells of the dark arts. There is a particular incarnation in which fascinated me. A spell which told of great destruction and great power.

*Doom strolled around the room*

Doom: This spell. It requires "one" very strong soul. Once this soul is obtained the caster, or casters will be granted immortality. Immune to aging! Illness! And physical damage! We would be essentially gods......... Free to do away with anyone.

*Doom's eyes glistened with the mere mention of this, his fists clenched*

Doom: Although.....

*Doom paused*

Doom: We will need to find this strong soul...... And for this task, I suggest........... A tournament. Winner. Dies.

*Doom starts laughing, but then pauses yet again*

Doom: But of course. They would know nothing of this and would fall for our trap, expecting glory and prizes. But instead a long a brutal death......... I will need each of you to participate in this "tournament of deception". For I will not. Now. Do you agree?

"Fine just tell me when and where," Ovan shot at Doom.

Khallos nodded in agreement.

Doom: I'm beginning to thing that whole Chinese proverbs thing was just to bug me...... But the location, shall be "Castle Doom". The time............. Now.

*Doom opens his hand revealing an orb, and suddenly Doom, Ovan and Khallos (along with Strudel) warped into Doom's Castle*

OOC: And it starts.
