Grunt vs John (The demon within)

Doom bot: Match 12, Grunt vs John. Begin!

Grunt: Hello Won! What we do?

*Grunt walks over to John while holding a deactivated plasma sword behind his back*

John: So we're faceing eachother in the 1st Round hu? I hope you don't plan on goin easy on me just because we're Friends [Pulls out his Sword] Because I sure won't. But hey, Good luck.
Bill: I know it's hard to see friends fight
Bob: We're used to it. Happens all the time in thes things...

Grunt: Aright.

[In grunt's head]

Grunt: Wita? Can I kill him down?

[outside]

*Grunt stuck his hand out offering a hand shake, while also tightening his grip on the plasma sword*

Grunt: Good wuck friend.

[John lowers his Sword and goes to shake Grunts hand]
John: Yes, Good luck

"If at all possible, try to play this charade a little longer. If you kill him make it seem like an accident."

OOC: Aw. I had him right here. :-(

*Grunt takes his hand, and crushes it with surprising strength*

Grunt: Good wuck.

*Grunt activates the plasma sword and gets ready*

OOC: You could have done it and said, "Oops, was I not supposed to start yet?"

OOC: lol. Alright.......... Was I not supposed to edit? :-D

John: ow. [Jumps back a bit letting go. he shakes his hand a bit but it's O.K.] I was expecting the Plasma Sword, not the Hand Crush... This might just be good
SD: John's no dummy but Grunt isn't one ether.
Bob: By the way, what about thoes White Mages. Does Doom have some?
SD: I made sure to bring some. Doom can have all the Fatalities he wants and every one of these Combatants will still walk out of this Castle Alive and Well.
Bob: Good.

OOC: Never mind then.

*Grunt swung the sword at John*

[John Avoids by Rolling around Grunt, then Counters by doing a Back slice]

*Grunt spun around and blocked and with his other hand brought up a needler and shot at John's chest*

[John does a sidestep dodge and does a Fire Sword combo (Casts Fire 2 on his blade and attacks)]
Bob: I swear ever since brawl I've seen SD and his kids doing a lot of Rolling and sidestep dodges.
Bill: They work ya know.

*Again blocked with that plasma sword, Grunt fires the needler at the floor around Dart, the bullets began exploding which should hurt him*

[John is hurt and is launched up but takes his Launch and turns it around attacking with a Helm Splitter Move]

*It knocks off Grunt's gas mask*

Grunt: Ow! John, tat hurt........ Wait, I put it back on....

*Grunt held his hand up in the gesture to hang on a second, then walked over to his mask and put it back on*

Grunt: Ready!

*Grunt fired his fuel rod*

[John does a Rolling dodge forward and then does the equivalent of a Forward Smash Attack]

*The fuel rod shot curved down while John was rolling*

OOC: Its annoying like that...... I hate fighting against fuel rod brutes!

[It's Brawl style Dude. Even with the Curve John still effectively Dodges it (Blame Dorko, he gave me the Idea...)]

The missile froze in place and shot at John while he was doing his attack.

SD: What the? I think I know what's going on! [Secretly SD Copys some force power to Freeze the Shot in place again]

OOC: How does SD know about the mask now?

[He dosn't know about the mask. He just knows that someone is Interfearing...]

*Stardart finds his MP is drained dry and he is prohibited to draw his blade or mutter a spell*

Doom: I should have told you SD, all those outside of the arena are subject to the artifact I "acquired from Asgard....... They may do no harm, or aid to those inside or outside the ring.

*Grunt leaps back and throws a plasma at John while he is preoccupied with the smash*

[SD's Not useing MP or anything. No Spells no Blade...]

OOC: "Force" is included. So Dark and light copy are useless, since anything they try to copy, is canceled. I know you may think it unfair, but well, I would just like a straight forward fight between the two no help from anyone. The mask is just a plot supporter, and part of the story. That is why it is allowed.

[Well you say anything "Outside" of the Arena ehh... Makes me think, but let's put that aside...]
SD: Anything outside.... That must mean that something on the INSIDE is aiding him... But what...
Kefka: Judgeing by what I sence.. I may just know...
SD: And what would that be
Kefka: Something for ME to know and for YOU to figure out on your own...

OOC: So, is john hit by the rocket and plasma grenade then?

[John at the last second notices the Change in the Rockets course and barely avoids it (In turn not doint the Smash Attacks). Grunts Plasma does stick though]
John: ACK! Oh no you don't [John tackles Grunt makeing sure that when the Plasma Blows, grunt is caught in the explosion]

*Grunt thrusts his plasma sword up into John's gut as he tackles him. Then it explodes*

OOC: lol. That's almost the same thing Jango did to Master chief.

[John has taken major damage.]
John: You're Finished!
Kefka: You're Gay!
SD: Why does that sound like someting Sunua would say?
Kefka: Because it is?
[John uses his limit breaker, creating a huge Firey tornado that he Sword spins in. The tornado gets smaller around Grunt. Once it's small enough it dissapates an John does a powerful slash creating pillars of fire that rush out in all directions...]

*Grunt throws down a bubble shield which prohibits John from hitting Grunt outside of the bubble. So John's tornado and pillars are void*

Grunt: Why tease little monster? He twying his hardest.......

It just ain't hard enough

*Grunt throws down a regenerator inside the bubble shield and it begins to heal him*

OOC: Anything in Italian form is in Grunt's head.

[But John's sword spin eventualy gets in (since john is physically passing through), that would knock out the bubble shield's generator and allow the rest of the attack to hit...]

OOC: The generator is on the ground, and it's tiny. I'm guessing it would take more then a split second for John to hit it so.

*As soon as John is in the shield, Grunt blasts him with his fuel rod cannon. The sword spin will have no effect against stopping it*

[The fuel rod hits And deals damage (Good damage at that) but John keeps going because of him useing his limit breaker (Kinda like Ike useing his Aether Move how he dosn't "Flinch")]

*the buble shield goes down and the limit breaker hits grunt, hard. Afterward, Grunt throws down a regenerator*

Grunt: You good little monster.

Only I'm better

*Grunt begins firing on John with his Fuel rod canon*

John: I see what you are trying to do, HOPEFULLY It's not going to work...
[John casts chance... I've desided to make things fair so roll the 6 sided die in you next post. your roll will have one of the fallowing Chance effects]
1: Regenerator Back fires, Takeing HP insted of giveing it
2: both Grunt's and John's Critical hit Ratios go up to 100%
3: Meteors come down reduceing both Grunts and Johns HP to 1
4: John's limit bar fills
5: Grunt's Speed doubles
6: Grunt and John are replaced by 2 other People (which will be determaned after the roll if it's picked. each one will represent ether John or grunt)
[so go ahead and roll]

Grunt: Uh-OH!

[With Grunt's speed up Grunt fires the Fuel rod twice as fast. John can't keep up an is KOed]
SD: the problem with chance. it dosn't allways work for you.
Kefka: I love when it dosn't...

Grunt: Little Monster........ you all wight?

*Grunt said looking toward him*

If he is, I'll have to give the brat another blast

Doom Bot: Winner! Grunt!

Grunt: Hmph........

*Grunt said reluctantly, oblivious to the fact he said it out loud*

John: uhhgh... [Slowly gets up] me.... and my... dumb luck.... Good game man...

*Grunt drops the fuel rod canon and it goes off firing right at John, still with the added speed*

Grunt: OOPS! LITTLE MONSTER MOVE!

*Up in the stadium sitting next to Kefka*

Tarnus: HA HA HA HA HA! You should hear what this things thinking Kefka! HA HA HA HA! Classic!

"I can imagine," Trucid chuckled, "I sense the darkside within the arena."

[For some unknown Reason the Shot is Redirected at Kefka and somehow Hits]
Kefka: ... Who... Did... That!?!?!?!?!

I wonder who indeed. Even the Force didn't warn me of it. Had I known I would have gladly redirected the thing. Trucid thought.
